What are they Saying?

"I attended Heidi’s September yoga retreat in the Hunter Valley along with my sister and a couple of friends. This is the second retreat I have been to and again had such a lovely time that I am looking forward to booking another. The retreats are a great mix of yoga, mindfulness, relaxation and healthy eating. The yoga/meditation sessions are well-spaced over the weekend, allowing free time to spend in the lovely grounds of the accommodation or even a spot of wine tasting and boutique/speciality food shopping. The retreats are suitable for beginners who are just learning the practice and regular yogis who want to be challenged. With smaller class sizes, Heidi ensures that you are performing the poses correctly. Each session over the weekend has a different focus and style which helps to get a taste of the variety of yoga styles. I really enjoyed the talks that Heidi gave at the beginning of each session regarding breathing, mindfulness and relaxation and have been trying to use them each day. The group dinners and breakfasts at both retreats were delicious and a great opportunity to meet other fellow yogis."
